Our Blades

 First lets talk about the different series of blades we make. We now have 3 different series of blades, which have different build processes.

PG Series- Precision Ground. Blades are in and out of the shop for different parts of the process. Heat treatment and bevel grinding are done at outside USA-based facilities.

CU Series- Custom series, unlike the PG series bevels are ground in-house, heat treatment is not in-house but at an aerospace facility.

SA Series- Sole authorship, all processes completed in-house (profiling may or may not be in-house).

Below is a sample of some of our favorite blades. The mako is the only blade offered in the PG series at this time (3-2022)
