This is an add-on to a Mako knife purchase. It is not a free standing purchase, but replaces the right-handed sheath included with a Mako. The left handed is custom-made and cost’s more than the standard sheath that is made in larger batches. This price reflects the difference in cost and is not the price of the sheath alone.
