52100 Chisel Ground Omnivore

This is the Creely Blades Omnivore. It has an OAL of 9 1/16” and a blade length of 4 3/4”. This is a perfect little food prep knife that is about the size of a utility knife, but with a broader blade like a chef’s knife. We have been working on this design for a few years now, and are pretty happy with how it turned out. The scales are G 10 and removable. The steel is 52100 carbom steel, and it has a right-hand chisel grind. (for a right-handed user)
